Scarlett was the most incredible celebrant. My wife and I had no idea about many aspects of the ceremony from how to structure our vows, what’s the right number of of readings, keeping the mood light but also sentimental etc… but Scarlett sorted all of that for us.

She went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfectly. In the weeks beforehand she kept us on track and made the whole process so much fun. We had so many people come up to us and say the ceremony was amazing (and the perfect length!).

Being married by Scarlett was one of the best decisions I made in the whole day! Being such an intimate moment in our lives it was really important to me that our ceremony felt like us, I wanted it to be light hearted and full of laughs and stories and it was exactly that. It blew me away how many people came up to me after the ceremony and said how special it was, that they were gripped by every word, entertained and had never experienced anything like it! I will always treasure how perfectly she told our story and created a moment in our lives that reflected us so well. There aren't enough 'thank you's' in the world. Just do yourself a favour and make sure Scarlett is part of your day, you honestly will be so happy that you did!

When we got engaged and started the planning process, we had no idea what to expect. Scarlett was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to answer any questions we may have had along the way (there were a few!). She was so professional, accessible, approachable, and friendly. She never made us feel that any question we had was a hassle and always responded to us in a prompt and personable manner. The time and care she put into email correspondence, multiple meetings across a time frame of 18 months and even accommodating a postponement was amazing and so reassuring. It made the entire process incredibly easy and truly exceeded our expectations.

We felt so supported throughout our engagement and in the lead up to the wedding. We also had so much fun with her! Scarlett was incredibly prepared for our wedding ceremony. She spent so much time getting to know us and brought ideas of things we could incorporate into the ceremony and tips on how to start writing our vows. She even read our vows before the wedding to make sure they were a similar length and tone.

The ceremony was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it including the mixture of our personal story, the serious aspects as well as the more light-hearted components and sprinkle of humour. We had so many comments from guests about how beautiful, modern and fun the ceremony was and how much they loved the ‘Scissors, Paper, Rock’ game for the personal vows (Scarlett’s idea). It truly encapsulated the story of us, and we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect ceremony for our special day.

Scarlett made the entire process seamless, all the way from when we got engaged right up to our wedding day. She made everything stress-free and easy, with warmth and a genuine interest in getting to know us as individuals and a couple. We always looked forward to our meetings with Scarlett! We had such a positive response from our guests calling out the ceremony being the best part. Everyone was really impressed by how personal you made it. It was about us, short and sweet. There was fun and no unnecessary content or additions which you can get from more formal ceremonies. We had a lot of older guests in particular, really refreshed by your approach.

Scarlett absolutely blew us and our guests away with the incredibly beautiful ceremony she created for Jono and I.

In the lead up to our wedding Scarlett was so organised and professional yet relaxed, understanding and warm. She made the two of us feel comfortable from the moment we met her which allowed for us both be open with our feelings, fears and stories without hesitation. She was there for us throughout the uncertainty of covid and was so easy-going given we had to change the date. Not to mention the huge amount of advice and help she gave to us with no questions asked when writing our vows. We always knew Scarlett was just a call away at any time of the day to answer our silly questions or calm our stresses.

The story Scarlett pieced together for our ceremony was the perfect mix of funny, heartwarming and emotional. We enjoyed the ceremony so much and her easy going and warm aura enabled us to relax and just enjoy the moment. We had so many compliments on how beautiful Scarlett was and how much love was in the air. We couldn’t thank or recommend Scarlett enough, she really is made for this role!

Scarlett was so responsive, supportive and understanding. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and then plan accordingly. I felt like it was a breeze and she knew what was best for us without us even having to think. She explained everything to us so easily and gave us lots of examples and options so that we were able to make the right choice that suited us! We loved the ceremony structure and felt like it was so US. Nothing too serious, light hearted and included more than we could have wanted. Scarlett was amazing to work and plan with for our Wedding Day. She was exceptionally organised and professional with all of the nitty-gritty legal aspects of the ceremony, as well as extremely fun, modern, and creative as she set about building our story into the nuptials. The time and effort she spent getting to know us as a couple was incredible, and it really shone through with love, laughs, and sincerity for us and our friends and family on the day.

Scarlett went above and beyond to deliver a genuine story of our union to our friends and family as we tied the knot. It felt like having another best friend up there with us, telling everyone our story. It made it feel more personal, relaxed, and a real celebration – exactly what we wanted.

Scarlett really knows how to paint a picture as she weaves her own flare into our story. All our guests were laughing (as were we!) as she recounted some of our funniest and most memorable moments. Scarlett has a fantastic ‘Spill the Dirt’ questionnaire process which makes some of the content on the day a surprise, which we loved!

In terms of structure, we really liked how – after Scarlett’s story and a guest Reading or too – we actually went off to sign the Marriage Certificate before then stating our Vows and saying “I Do”. It meant it was the very last part of the Ceremony before being pronounced Husband & Wife and walking out together, and we think it worked really well.

We felt like Scarlett was so organised and prepared - At the time of our wedding, happily ever arthur was her side hustle, and yet she organised and delivered her services as if it were her full-time gig and we were her only client.

So many of our guests kept coming up to us throughout the reception, and even since, asking us how we knew Scarlett or came across happily ever arthur! Everyone couldn’t stop raving about how “eloquent”, “friendly”, and “personable”, the ceremony was, and how much they loved Scarlett’s touch. Some of our public figure guests have gone on to call her the “best celebrant they have seen” out of all the weddings they’ve been to.

We will tell anyone who listens (and any of our friends who get engaged!) to book Scarlett!

I never thought a celebrant could have such a positive effect on not only our wedding day, but on the lead-up as well. While Scarlett is relaxed and friendly, she takes being a celebrant seriously. It was obvious that she took a big effort to get to know us before our wedding day, but what I didn't realise was that she was quietly putting our story together so that on our wedding day she would be able to deliver a ceremony that was not only entertaining and meaningful, but completely reflective of who we are as individuals and as a couple.
